Lunch hours for on property restaurants?

I'm looking to go the route of eating our biggest meal as lunch this trip to try to conserve money...does anyone know where I can find the lunch hours of the Disney restaurants? allears didn't have them as far as I could tell.

Sorry I don't know of a site that lists them.

When you call to make ADRs, the CM can tell you the opening time.

If you know of specific restaurants that you are interested in, perhaps we can help you with that.

I do think most of the resort restaurants begin lunch service at 11:30. Lots of park restaurants do as well although I think World Showcase restaurants are all noon currently...or at least on our last few trips. I also think some park restaurants adjust hours according to how busy it is.

Thanks everyone and wow thanks Karen! We will probably do a few of our favorite ts restaurants ('Ohana, RF Cafe, etc) for the regular dinner hours and do more cs (beaches and cream, etc) this go 'round not only to save on funds but with a 3 almost 4 year old, there attention spans don't always match ours. I say we'll probably do more counter service dinners than later table service "lunches" because I really can't see us eating a big meal during the middle of the day because I don't want to get that so full - wanna sleep feeling when we could be out running around hitting the parks not waiting for our food to settle.
