Lunch for 8th Birthday??

Ok, I had originally thought we might do Chef that day as Epcot looked good and we're doing dinner at the Beach Club that night but... Is Remy still appearing at Chefs during lunch - will that be entertaining enough for a special lunch? Should I do HS instead and maybe Prime Time Cafe for lunch - would that be more festive for a birthday?

I can't really think of a character lunch. We can't do AK that day and we're doing breakfast at CP the next morning. Any thoughts appreciated.

This is in mid-May by the way.
