Lunch/ dinner times

Until what times do they serve lunch at Coral Reef and 50s PTC? Or at least: what is the latest seating for lunch at these two?

And what is the earliest dinner seating? Do they start seating those at dinner time immediately after those eating lunch, or is there an hour or so "gap" in between?

I am trying to plan itineraries, what parks at what moment, what restaurant when, argh! My hair turns grey because of it!

The menus here http://www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/dining/disneydining.cfm on the DIS generally list the restaurant hours.

Thanks, I usually look on allearsnet, and they don't list the hours, except for character meals.
I'll check out your link.

I know I can ask when I call for ADRs, but I prefer to be prepared and to also have a plan B and C ready, lol
