Lunch -Dinner time change over for Sit Down Restaurants

When does Lunch Menu end and Dinner Menu Begin at the Sit down Restaurants at Disneyland?
are they all the same time? trying to figure out what time to eat. thanks

I believe dinner service starts at 4pm.

If you go to the dining reservations page on the Disneyland website and choose a table service restaurant, it will list the hours for each meal.
