lunch at WS restaurants over Christmas week?

I have a quick question...I have been trying to make a dinner PS for us at Le Cellier for a while now and haven't had any luck. DH would still really like to try it so I was thinking we'd do lunch there one day. Normally I don't make a PS for lunch times as we've never had too much trouble being seated quickly (we are up early and at the parks so we're ready for lunch early rather than at "peak" lunch times). We'd also like to do lunch at Nine Dragons one day as well. We'll be there for 12/24 to 1/1. We were there the same time last year, we just didn't do lunch at the WS during thta week. Does anyone know if they are really busy at lunch time too that week or will we still be OK walking up and requesting a table? I have PSs for all of our dinners as I know how crowded those times are!

I would make a PS just to be on the safe side. It can't hurt. Then if you want to change something last minute you can ask but you will know you have a back up
