We have a late flight on our last day in the World and will be able to stay at the MK until about 5 pm. I originally didn't make an ADR for that since it was our last, but I'm starting to think that with no hotel room in which to take an afternoon break, we'll need a calm lunch.

I've narrowed it down to the Plaza or the Grand Floridian Cafe. We have never eaten at either. The decor of the Plaza looks more fun. I assume the Grand Floridian Cafe would be more restful. Bonus of the GFC would be the possiblity of a bit of wine for the adults.

Which would you recommend?

I've been to both...we prefer the Plaza. They both were very good, but we went to GFC looking for a more lite lunch, and it still was a little bit too much for me. I don't eat salads and soups and it just seemed to have nothing plain and simple for me.

We really like the Plaza. The sandwiches are good, the sundaes and shakes are yummy, and the atmosphere is great. It is a nice place for a midday break while eating good, soda shop type food. Plus, you won't have to exit MK to relax.

Just booked the Plaza! I got the time I wanted, on the day after Thanksgiving! :goodvibes I wasn't very hopeful of getting a good ADR for that day, so I'm quite pleased.
