Lunch at EPCOT Resorts

I have a lunch ADR at SKipper's Canteen at the MK but since we're taking a break and then park-hopping, thought it might be better just to come back to the resort to eat. Problem is, my resort is BWI and I'm not interested in what's open at that time of day.

I was thinking about Ale & Compass over at YC but have never been to either the Swan or Dolphin, so I'm open to TS restaurants that are there, as well. Probably not interested in anything at BC. Does one need lunch reservations at any of these places? I'd like to avoid that as that's just one more thing to worry about. We'll be there midweek on a moderate crowd level day, about a 5/10.

Do you have a car? We usually go to DS on our MK days for lunch before our afternoon break and then park hopping for the evening.

Ale & Compass only serves lunch until 2pm (if that’s an issue for you). They reopen at 5 for dinner.
