Lunch at Cindys

Hiya

This thread may have been submitted before and perhaps I've missed it? BUT in case it has not - here is the info. Cinderella will soon be hosting lunch at the castle as well as breakfast. I missed out on breakfast and the CM I spoke to told me that from June 10th, Cindy would appear at lunch and would I like to book that. Would I ever - and in fact lunch suited us better as it means it doesn't interfere with early morning touring. I am soooooo excited.

I just booked lunch at Cindys for 3 May. I realise it is not a character meal but I just wanted DD (nearly 2) to go IN the castle and have a meal. Not sure how she would cope with a face character anyway, Cinderella might speak to her and scare her! She loves the other characters but they dont talk.

Anyway, is there any chance we might get a glimpse of Cindy as we go in? Or is she never there?

Great news that they are going to start a Cinderella lunch, hopefully it will mean getting a meal with Cinderella wont be such a mission impossible!

Mandy - yes is the answer in a nutshell. They have decided that the character breakfast will also take place at lunch (but with a lunch menu). So Cinderella "and chums" will be there.

I'll try and find the thread that explained it. But if it's from June 10th that will be after you visit

Cinderella's Royal Table Character Dine -- Beginning June 10, a new Character Lunch will debut at the Magic Kingdom! All your favorite princesses from breakfast will now be at the midday meal! The character lunch will feature family-style salad and dessert and the choice of five adult entrees or children's meals along with a nonalcoholic, non-specialty beverage. Lunch will be $23.99 for adults (12 and older) and $12.99 for children 3-11. A deposit of $10 per adult and $5 per child will be required (as is currently the case with breakfast).

Yes, we go in May so we will miss the new character lunch. I just wondered if she might be in the foyer area.

Not worried, just wondering.

Thanks though. Nice to know lunch will be an option in the future. Character breakfasts in the parks use up too much precious early touring time. Lunch is good!
