I have two boys (6 and 8). They would love to eat in the castle, but I don't know that I want to try to secure PS for the big breakfast. Do they serve other meals in there? Any comments on that...would be greatly appreciated :D

We had two 13-year old boys with us in August. Of course, they had no interest in the Princess breakfast, but did want to eat in the castle. We made reservations for lunch. Cinderella was in the lobby and spoke with the boys while we waited for a table. They giggled and enjoyed talking to her (though they probably wouldn't admit it!) Lunch was surprisingly tasty and the atmosphere was fun. Also, I suspect lunch is quieter than breakfast. I'd recommend it.

I love lunch in the Castle. It used to be a pretty good secret, but this last time, PS were almost as hard to come by as for the breakfast. I called at 59 days for one time and there were no lunch PS available. So I changed plans and called another morning for 60 days from that day. But dumb me, I waited til almost 9:00 AM and there were only a few PS left. So I guess the secret's out. I love the chicken caesar salad and whatever looks good on the dessert tray!

Of course since I am seasonal at CRT I am a littl biased, but I love CRT at lunch. The food is good, and about $10 per entree cheaper!! There are no characters, and although sometimes Cindy is in the lobby, it is not guaranteed she will be there. Sometimes it will be another character, sometimes no characters. Also, to get the best choice of times call 60 days out early, or call the morning you want to eat there about 7 am. They release more tables the day of and you can pretty much get your pick of times!

Lunch at the castle on our first full day at WDW is a tradition for our family. The attention to detail is fantastic. We enjoy the food these days, too:D .

Our DS (9 on our last trip) loved CRT for lunch. We were even lucky enough to see several of the characters too. The view is awsome (ask for a window seat) and it was such a nice break from the park.
