Lunch at 1, dinner at 6?

We have a trip planned for early June. On one of our non park days, I was able to snag a 1:15 lunch at Beaches and Cream, and a 6 pm dinner at Sanaa. Both restaurants are hard to book right now, and we’ve never been to either. Going to keep my eye out for openings on other days, but does this seem reasonable timing-wise if nothing else pops up?

June will be hot, and you won't want to eat a lot. Honestly, I would eat something before you go to B&C (like a half sandwich or some fruit), and then just get ice cream at B&C.

This way, you may be hungry enough for dinner at Sanaa at 6.

Good idea! Dessert is really the appeal for B&C anyway

Can I just say..... A No Way Jose is one amazing sundae. If you like chocolate and peanut butter.

We went there last month and split a sandwich and spilt a sundae, so good.

Are you using your own vehicle or other transportation? If it takes you an hour to eat at B&C (plus you need to get there first), then do something else. Then you need about almost an hour to get to Sanaa from BC resort or other location. So no matter where you are leaving from to get to Sanaa, figure an hour to get there if you aren't driving yourself.

We will have a car!

With those two, I would go to both! My group always shares bread service and maybe soup at Sanaa. It s a must every trip. Even at beaches and cream, I tend to eat a lighter lunch like grilled cheese.

We’d still do both. Checkin ASAP for B&C. Then split a French dip and have dessert.

Wait until 6p to checkin at Sanaa and take it slower. You probably won’t be eating your main course until 7p anyway.

Work up an appetite in between too. Go swimming or walking or whatever else in the afternoon.

I cannot wait to try the bread service! I've heard so much about it. Is it really filling?

That sounds like a pretty fabulous day....wish I could fast forward through time and do that now haha!

We often do TS lunch and dinner b/c we like exploring the TS restaurants, having an ADR, ordering from menu/being waited on. BUT, we have learned to not overeat-especially in the heat. We share appetizers or split an entrée at lunch. I would keep both ADRs and just keep lunch light...even split the No Way Jose. Then just do plenty of walking...
But, also keep checking to spread the ADRs out more.
