lunch appetizers (chefs specialties) at CRT?

Can anyone tell me what is on the Chef's specialties of the Castle appetizer plate at Lunch at CRT? Or what commonly shows up? I've got some food allergy/sensitivities..just want to know if anything I have a problem with usually shows up on the appetizer plate. No life threatening allergies, but I just want to be prepared and know if I need to attach a note to my reservation.

If you have allergies, definitely attach a note to your reservation so the restaurant will know ahead of time if they need to prepare special items that you can safely eat.
