Is anyone else out there getting a lump in their throat & all weepy eyed when the last F*R*I*E*N*D*S episode & all the different specials & interviews are advertised? :(
It's going to be a LONG week!

bump....no comments??

2 hours of nonstop crying...I am not sure if I can handle it. I come to tears when I have watched the last 2 shows because I know it is coming to an end. What will Ross and Rachel do? Just reading the interviews with all the actors and them talking about the sad moment, makes me very leary of watching. But of course I can't miss it, its Friends!!!

I'll pass you the tissue box if you need one. ;)

I'll be misty-eyed for sure, but I doubt I'll sit there and out and out cry. I LOVE 'Friends' and never miss an episode so it will be sad for sure. I am looking forward to seeing how the new show 'Joey' plays up.

I'm with Dan. I've never watched it, so no lump here.

Looking forward to seeing the actual show -- don't expect to be choked up about since it isn't that important -- just a good show.
I have had it "up to here" with all the pre-"Friends" hoopla. In fact, it's maKing me kind of lose interest in the actual finale.

I watched Friends avidly in the early years, when it was believable that a bunch of 20-somethings would spend their every waking moment with one another.

However, it became less and less believable when they started having babies, yet were rarely seen with those babies. And somehow they still all had the time to sit around the Central Perk without a care in the world.

I still like the show, I think its one of the best written shows on TV in spite of its flaws, but I long since stopped watching it religiously. I will watch the last episode, but I doubt I'll cry. While its had a great run and made the actors very rich and famous, its run its course for me.

The older shows were very funny and well written. This season especially, the writing has been awful. I'll be watching Thursday night, but I'll be glad when it's over. They should have ended it last year.

I can't wait! I don't know what I'm going to do with my Thursday nights after this. Hopefully "Joey" is an entertaining show.

I know I'm not answering the phone on Thursday night, that's for sure.

They lost me this season when they did their stupid "Top 5" episodes thing. We can watch those reruns 4 times a day! I'll probably watch the finale - doubt I'll get all choked up.

YES!!!!

and the song "My Immortal" they use in the preview is such a sad song to begin with and now it must be tied with friends leaving us :(

I get choked up when the commercials come on. I'm going to miss this show. Lost two good ones this year, what with Sex and the City ending as well.

I enjoy the show, but have not made a habit of watching it, so reruns will tide me over for a loooonggg time:D

Nah, haven't watched it in years. When NBC starrted billing every episode of every show they had as a "Very Special Friends/Frasier/ER/ etc... an episode you and your entire family should not miss.....people at the water cooler at work will laugh at you if you miss this episode"" I stopped watching.

For those still watching, I hope it's a really good episode :D

Yes!! I was crying at last weeks show, and just the thought makes me very sad. When my dh and I first got married we would always order take out on Thurs nights, so we didnt have to worry about cooking and cleaning up. We decided that we will do the same this thurs
