I found this on the internet. At first I thought, bumper cars, but then it doesn't really look like that. What in the heck is this ride supposed to do??? LOL

I think it is going to be similar to Mater's Junkyard Jamboree with out the whiplash.

The cars are adorable; I hope this is open when we go in February so we can see it!

Just curious; is the whole building closed while the ride is being assembled or can you still tour the showroom/lobby to see the tires and racing posters?

It was all closed off when I was there in May.

I can't wait to see what this ride is all about, from the description that SMD mentioned, it sounds like it will be a lot of fun. We will be there in June so hopefully it will be opened by then. We were last at DLR in 2013 and we rode the Luigi's Tires, I can understand why it wasn't a huge hit....my kids thought it was fun, however DH and I thought it was just o.k. I'm glad to see that something else will be put in it's place rather then an empty space.

I wish it didn't look so similar to Mater. Two swinging, singing vehicle rides right next to each other?! At least the failed tires were a unique ride!

I hope there's no height restriction on this new version. It's hard when 1 kid wants to spend a lot of time in Carsland and the other can't go on any of the rides!

It's CARS Land, so I kind of expect car ride vehicles. I could have seen them moving the bumper cars from Bug's Land and changing or expanding the spinning ride there. But I can also see where a bumper-like ride just failed. If they were going to switch out a car ride I'd rather they change the vehicles on Monsters Inc, since cars are well covered in Cars Land.
