Luggage Transfer

We usually change hotels during our trip and we have had no trouble with having the hotel transfer our luggage. On our march trip we will be arriving at PC at around 1:00 PM and then checking out (switching to POR) and going on the Backstage Safari at AK. Is it possible for us to leave our luggage with Bell Services when we check in and have them transfer it to POR the next day? We don't want to have to carry it all the way to our room and then back again early the next morning. What do you guys think?

I'm not sure you can do this or not. What we did was call bell services the morning we were switching. They picked up the luggage and gave us the claim tags. After we checked into the new hotel, we called bell services (at the new place) and they delivered the bags to the room.

We had thought they could drop the luggage in the new room once we had checked in. Not so. You have to be there for them to deliver the luggage. They also told us not to expect the luggage to be there before 3:00.

In the end, it all worked out fine.

Luggage Assistance at Pop Century will deliver your bags to your room the day you arrive, and then pick up your bags from your room to transfer over to Port Orleans the next day. You don't have to be in your room for it to happen. Your bags will be delivered to your new resort typically by 2pm.
