luggage transfer from resort to resort...?

We will be checking into ASSports for 3 nights and then moving to BWV...will Disney transfer the luggage for us to BWV? We will be checking out EARLY to head to EMH...and then checking into BWV in the mid-afternoon. Thanks!

It has been two years since my last visit but we have never had a problem with disney transfering our luggage.
All we did was advised them that we would be changing resort a couple of days in advance. Then on the day we were leaving we just called bell services, they came and collected out luggage. After that we headed for a park. When we returned to our new hotel to check in our luggage was there at bell services waiting for us.

this is the same exact experience we had. it was great. everything went smoothly and we didn't miss any park time. it should be hassle free for you too! enjoy your trip!!

We did this in Apr. Went from the Poly to BWV and there was no problem. We went to the resort about 3pm and our room was ready and our luggage was there. Great service.

We've done this dozens of times - and are doing it on this trip (OKW to BWV for 4 days) - with no problems!

There are several of us who have had our luggage lost when having WDW transfer it between resorts. It's something I'll never doa gain. I'll spend the cab fare to transport it myself, then at least I know where it is.

I had the same experince as ducklite. Lost one suitcase between Yc and Poly. Even after filling out the paperwork on how many suitcases there were and each bag individually tagged and marked with how many there should have been, bell services delivered and left them with out ever even noticing there was one missing. Called bell services at both ends. Poly seemed very unconcerned but lucky for us the YC looked for the bag. They had to back track to every hotel they had mad a delivery and it was found at the cbr in there luggage storage room. When it arrived it was still clearly tagged with our name to go to the Poly and that there should have been 8 bags. I know this is not the norm but will never risk it again

This is good to know. We will be changing resorts on our stay next week and I was wondering if Disney would help us with that. If we decided to take a cab how would that work? Does Disney have their own cab service? I have never noticed. Does anyone know how much it would be to go from BWV to POP?

Bell services can get a cab for you and when we went from CBR to Wilderness lodge it was about $9.00. Hope this helps
