Luggage tags and Magical expresss

Hey Guys
I am hoping someone on here can tell me when to expect luggage tags and the voucher or tickets(?) for the magical express. We leave in 19 days and are booked with a large group. They are all flying from Edmonton and we are leaving from Vancouver. any help would be appreciated

Are you all on reservation? If so you might have all your tags go to the lead guest. You can always call DME and find out where they are. Really though if you don't gave them it's ok. As long as you made your reservation with DME they will help you and take your luggage to your Disney resort.

We got ours about 10 days before every trip. Our first one i freaked out and called and they overnight we our magical express stuff. However the original package did show up before leaving.

We are all on the reservation but My mother in law is the one in charge of it all. Hopefully the travle agent she used knows when they are coming. I won't panic for a little while yet. If not at least we can still get on the bus which was the major worry. Lol thanks girls.

I believe if you don't have the luggage tags you will have to retrieve your own luggage from the luggage carousel and then you would just go to the DME and give them your reservation number and they will print you a pass to board the bus. We got ours back in June for our September trip so I guess there is no rhyme or reason to when they send them out.

You can pick up your own luggage or you can give the bag claim sticker thingees to the CM when you check in and they will get them eventually. Personally I'd rather pick them up on my way to the bus instead of worrying about it.

So long as you are sure that you have in fact added DME to your reservation they will have you in the system. If you want to confirm this you can call them direct with this toll-free number

Our trip isn't until October, and I got my DME reservation and luggage tags in early July. I had heard they don't generally get sent out until closer the time. So I called and the woman on the phone said that because I did my DME reservations online, and provided all of the information required (I guess people leave some parts blank) they sent it all early.... Sadly, no Magic Bands, but I'm ok with that because its one less thing to worry about forgetting at home!

We head to WDW the last week of August. We received our tags I believe on Jul 15. I would ask your mil if she received them yet.

So I talked to MIL again she forgot about it so emailed the travel agent. I guess because of the potential postal strike Disney held off on mailing them. They should now be in the mail on the way to her and from there she will mail them to us. So with some luck, we should get them sometime next week. Now I can go find something else to worry about. lol Thanks Everyone

You never know. We booked our Dec 31- Jan 7 trip last January, got our flights right away and booked DME so I wouldn't forget. We had our letter/tags by the end of January.
