Luggage tag question

I have 2 trips to Disneyworld coming up this year. One is in Nov and I have gotten the yellow luggage tags for that already. The other in in May and I do not have the tags yet. Any ideas why? Neither of the trips is fully paid off yet so that's not it.

Did you remember to add Magical Express to both reservations? That might be the first thing to check

I’m sure we didn’t get ours till a month out in 2015 but this thread has me a bit worried. I know I signed up for it because it’s on my confirmation so maybe I will give them a call. Thanks.

I would definitely call. It won't hurt anything if you do.
