Luggage service at CBR

Is there a "luggage service" at CBR ? (i.e. can I leave luggage at the lobby when I check in early and ask that a porter brings it to my room when the room is ready? Or have I to recover my luggage?).
If there is a porter, will he bring the luggage to the first floor rooms? Thanks

Absolutely. You can leave your bags with Bell Services and call them when you return to your room. They'll bring your luggage over.

Bell Services at CBR will hold your luggage when you arrive. Once you are IN your room you must call for your luggage. It will not be automatically delivered.
