Next month will be our first trip home to BWV!!!

We should be arriving around 11AM and I know the room won't be ready that early. Could we leave our luggage with Bell Services? If so, do they deliver the luggage to the room or do we have to pick it up? Or, if they don't automatically deliver the luggage to the villa, could we request them to do that?

Also, do they have luggage carts to bring the luggage up to the villa upon check-in or down to the car upon check-out? Would we be able to call the front desk and request them to help us bring the luggage to the car at the end of the trip when we are leaving?

Thanks in advance! We're staying 10 nights, but altogether this is an 18-night road trip. We're bringing half the clothes because we'll do laundry in the villa (1-bedroom), but it is still a lot of luggage for 2 adults and 2 children!

Actually, your room could very well be ready at that time. We've had pretty good luck with BWV early check ins. But you are wise to assume that you won't have a room until 4:00 p.m.

Yes, you can leave luggage with bell services until your room is ready. I don't think they automatically deliver luggage to the room. We typically get into our room and then call bell services to have the luggage brought up.

Also, do they have luggage carts to bring the luggage up to the villa upon check-in or down to the car upon check-out? Would we be able to call the front desk and request them to help us bring the luggage to the car at the end of the trip when we are leaving?
Yes, bell services can help you bring your luggage to your room or down to your car when you are ready to leave. If you are leaving in the morning, you will want to give them plenty of time to come get your luggage as they are very busy with morning departures. I don't think they make the luggage carts available for "self-service".

You can leave the luggage with bell services and then call them to bring it up to the room when you get there. I don't think they will automatically deliver it if you are not in the room. Guests are not permitted to use the luggage carts themselves.

You can call bell services to assist you on check-out. Someone can pullup the car and they can put the luggage directly in. What I used to do when valet was free was put the car into valet parking the night before, then call bell services & valet at the same time to come get the luggage and by time they got downstairs the car was there.

If so, do they deliver the luggage to the room or do we have to pick it up? Either. You have to be in the room to receive it, though, and you have to call and ask them to do it - they don't know when you are in your room.

No.

Yes, but if you are asking if they'll let you use the carts yourself, sometimes they will, though they usually prefer that guests let them handle the luggage carts to minimize the possibility of damage to walls.

Would we be able to call the front desk and request them to help us bring the luggage to the car at the end of the trip when we are leaving?
Of course. Just don't wait until you only have a few minutes - at check-out time, bell services is very busy and you could find yourself waiting a while. It's good to call 30 minutes prior to when you want the pick-up.

Have a great trip!

Thanks everyone! We're going to a 7:30 breakfast at Cape May Cafe the morning we check out. On our last Disney trip 2 years ago, we were staying at Pop Century, and we had a 7AM breakfast at Chef Mickey's the morning we checked out and left. DH called down to the desk and they sent someone up with a cart to help us bring the luggage down.

Since we're going to an early breakfast again and would like to check out before going to eat, could we do the same thing we did last time? Would they be available that early in the morning?

If I recall correctly you can call the evening before and arrange a time for morning pick-up, mention that you have 7:30am breakfast and you'd need to have luggage transported down with enough time allowed for you to get to breakfast.

Best wishes :goodvibes
