Luggage hold at the front gate?

Dd's school trip is WDW this year, staying off property. The group is riding the bus overnight from Texas, arriving at the park the next morning to spend the day there, then going to their off-property hotel that night. I'd like to chaperone, but I am WAY too old to sleep on the bus then do a park all day. I'm considering flying in and meeting the kids at that first park. Is there somewhere at the front gate to hold my luggage?

No really. There are lockers near the main gate of any park but they are meant to hold day packs or small backpacks. They are not big enough to hold carry-on bags or big suitcases.

Luggage is not allowed in the parks. Or on Disney transportation. You will need to rent a car to get from the airport to the park so you could just keep the luggage in the car. Keep in mind you don't want to keep toiletries in a hot car so carry them with you

Didn’t you decide to send your luggage on the bus with your daughter?
Or is that someone else?

Yes, this was my first thread, but after 89 looks and no responses, I posted another up in the more active Parks forum. Then it got moved here.

And yes, I'll send my luggage with dd on the bus, thanks to the good advice here.
