How do you know it was the TSA that cut it off? (JK)

They put a card and tape the cut lock to the card in the suitcase.

I hope you also put those bottles in a plastic bag in case something did happen that caused them to break.

They don't have plastic bags in Hawaii, and the wine was a bit of an impulse purchase...

With the stuff we had packed around it, it wouldn't have leaked out of our suitcase, but I packed my favourite items in the other suitcases.
