Luggage changing resorts

When I change resorts, do I pick up my suitcase at Bell Services at the new resort, or will they take it to my room while I am at the parks? I will have just one piece (and maybe a bag from shopping...) so I plan to take it to Bell Services to have it transferred.

You are correct that Disney (Bell Services) will transfer your luggage to your new resort. However, it has been our experience that they will not bring it to your room while you are out. You need to be in the room and call for them to bring it up. Note that luggage transferred this was typically does not get to the new resort until late afternoon, so if there is anything you need during transfer day, carry it with you.
