Luggage Cart Gauntlet at GF

Hey there! Just returned from a fantabulous vacay at GF...our fave resort. We were just there in December and I noticed the same thing and wondered if other faithful Grand devotees had noticed as well. Each time we went from our room at Big Pine Key to anywhere else on GF property, we were dodging high speed luggage or maintenance carts. It seemed that they came up on you pretty quickly and instead of going around, you were expected to get out of the way or get run over. Don't pedestrian guests have the right of way? Please don't get me wrong--I don't have a problem stepping aside and giving them room. But the zipping around of these carts was starting to get old. Any thoughts?
