Luggage cart at BWV

We are staying at BWV at the end of the month and I’m wondering if anyone knows how the luggage carts work there? Last time we stayed at Kidani, we had to go to the lobby to request one and they brought it to the parking garage. But that was pre-Covid. I’m not sure if the procedure is the same for BWV now. Does anyone have any insight? We will have a ton of groceries and will definitely need one. TIA!

When at BWV, Bell Services staff meet us at the front entrance when we arrive, load our luggage on a cart and give us a claim ticket for it. If we already know our room number, they bring it up then, but if we don’t know it at that point, we call them when we get into the room and then they bring it up. When we’re checking out, we call BS when my husband leaves to go get the car, and they bring the cart up, load it, then bring it down to the front and help us load the car. Hope that helps!
 
I’ve owned BWV since 1999, I’ve never seen them allow a guest to take a cart to use, if that’s what you are asking. A bellman will be glad to help you.
 
We just stayed at the BW and we asked Bell services for a cart twice and they gave us one each time. No problem. (Once in the lobby and once outside) It was my understanding in the past that you could not do it but I saw someone else get one a couple of years ago (AK) and every time we asked since (BW and AK), we were given one.
At AK we had to sign it out on a sheet (Dec. 2019) but not since. BW didn't have us sign anything.
We brought it down each time as soon as we unloaded but nobody even asked or advised us either time at the BW a few weeks ago. I hope people don't start leaving them in the hallways which will probably put an end to it.
