In a few weeks we'll be going on a a Disney Cruise. We are flying SW from Providence to Orlando, then getting the DCL transportation to the port. Am I correct in thinking that I check my luggage in Providence, with the DCL luggage tags, and then I do nothing else? I've never done this before so I'm a little nervous about having no clothes (other than what I pack in a small carry-on).

I haven't been on the cruise in awhile, but yes, all you have to do is place the tags on your bags and they will arrive in your cabin late afternoon.

I did the land/sea package and my bags were delivered to the resort, picked up and delivered to my cabin on the cruise. On the way back, I did have to walk them through customs and they placed them in the bus on the ride back to the airport.

You are good to go.
