Lucky the Dino at DCA

Hi all! Just got back from a trip to DL & DCA last night and wanted to know if anyone else has seen Lucky the Dinosaur at DCA. We saw him late friday afternoon on the avenue between the Hyperion and Muppetvision. They had a camera crew out talking to the kids (my 3yo was one of them) and ties all all over the place.
Does anyone know anything about this?

Yes, I saw him too at DCA last week around the Muppet Area. There was an article in the LA Times about him on Thursday in the Business section..
