You can't reserve and I'm not sure if you can have a sh discount as they consider it a c/s even though it's served after to you table

You get the AP discount though

this is one of the restaurants which close (whenever they feel like it it seems) in low season. We had planned to eat there in June but it was closed (and not for refurb) every day we were there, Monday to Wednesday.
