We are going on a land & sea vacation in December and will have 4 days at the park. I would like to go to the Luau one evening and I was contemplating going to the late show (with the thought that our 5 y.o. will take a late nap). My concern is whether it gets too chilly in December for the late showing. Does anyone know if they bring in portable heaters or should we just dress warm. If the lows are in the 50s and the show is outside (albeit covered), will it be too chilly?

Also any other helpful tips are greatly appreciated. I have been reading other posts every chance I get.

Last, as to the Character meals are Capt. Hook, Peter Pan or any other characters that are typically more appealing to boys ever at any of the meals?

We went the 1st week of Dec. and it was misty raining. There are not any heaters. I wore a light jacket.

Some of the shows that week were cancelled due to cold temps. The performers put on a show in the GCH beside 'Ohanas. All of the children got to hula. It was a lot of fun.

I would probably go to the early show with a five year old.
