I was thinking about trying Liberty Tree Tavern for dinner with DD8 during our next trip. I'm vegetarian, she's not. One menu I saw said that they will do a vegetarian meal upon request, but does anyone know what that usually is and if it's any good? This isn't a make-or-break meal, but something we'd like to try if my food will be reasonably good. :)

I want to know also - our whole family is vegetarian, but I'd like to eat at LTT.

They made my sister a nice stir-fry with rice, couscous, lots of veggies and tofu. She really enjoyed it. Add that to the salad, rolls, mashed potatoes (if you're not vegan), stuffing, green beans and dessert and it's a meal fit for a king! You can also ask that just a small plate of meat is brought for anyone who is not a vegetarian.

That sounds good! I was wondering about this myself. We just planned our ADRs today for our mother/son trip and LTT for dinner was one of our choices. I'm vegetarian and DS is not.
