Has anyone dined at LTT solo? I’m particularly interested in knowing if you can ask them to NOT bring certain foods. For example, I don’t need the macaroni and cheese- I’d like to save my calories for other things and would like to not waste food. Is that an option?

I haven't done this specifically but I did more or less the same thing at Ohana (can't eat sausage). I just let them know ahead of time and mentioned not wanting to waste it. They were more than happy to accomodate.

I think that comes in a separate bowl, so yes, you can ask them not to bring it. I think this meal and this restaurant's service has gone WAY down the quality/taste, so TBH, I don’t recommend it anymore. Used to be favorite at lunch with their a la carte menu, but the meal now kinda sucks. Stuffing is a wad of salt, mashed potatoes are watery, turkey dry, gravy and macaroni and cheese just meh. You can do better for a solo meal. Look at the menus at other MK restaurants. I now recommend Tony’s or The Plaza over LTT, and I used to think those places were just boring. If you want a great meal, head to one of the monorail resorts instead.

I still enjoy it personally. Found it to be just fine when I was there Saturday. It's not a 5-star meal - just filling and plentiful - but quality wise, I've been once where it was definitely not very good - back last September - but otherwise has been consistent. Saturday, meats were good - turkey and pot roast especially, stuffing good, potatoes very good. I requested no Mac & Cheese as I never touch it. The meats & stuffing are on their own plate, potatoes and green beans on their own, Mac & cheese separate, and gravy boat separate. So you could request any of those separate plates to be held if not wanted. On the meats plate, I usually just eat the ones I want, leave the ones I don't and request more of the ones I liked. I was a party of 2 Saturday, but have eaten there solo as well...I've been requesting the Mac & cheese to be left off pretty much my last 6 times there and they always accommodate.
