LTT for my son's 10th bday?

I have ADRs at LTT the night of my son's bday. If I tell them ahead of time, will they do something special like confetti on table or something? Any suggestions?? Never done birthday at Disney before Thank you!

we were celebrating my son's 7th birthday when we went there a few weeks ago, they rang a big bell inside and yelled somehthing like "hear ye hear ye on this day we have reason to celebrate" then they brought him a cup cake (I think or ice cream)

Oh, that is real nice! Did you put the birthday on the dining reservations?

yes we did a lot of the reservations had it on there and I only told the castmember that helped me w/ the ADR's once
