We are going June 13-17 and would like to go to LTT for dinner, do we need to book a reservation or can we get in when we want that day pretty easy? Thanks for all your help.

Definitely book a reservation. It's pretty crowded @ that time and there are very limited TS choices at MK.

You could go either way, but to stay on the safe side I would get a ressie.
In the past we've had luck getting in to LLT as a walk-in during Presidents' week, which is a pretty busy time, but it really just depends on the day.

You're always safe with an ADR! :goodvibes

Absolutely make a reservation. It has gotten harder and harder to walk up to any table service restaurant in the parks and get a table. Since you already know you want to eat at LTT, definitely go online and make the reservation.

If you want to eat there make a reservation.

No one can predict if it will be possible or not as walk ups CAN get in occasionally, but if and when is impossible to predict.

So if you don't want to chance not getting in, make the adr, it is safer that way.

Since there are limited choices as well as seating I would definately book a reservation!

ALWAYS make the reservation! Your chances of getting in are not good without one. You can always cancel it if you change your mind.

On my very first trip to Disney with my DH (then DBF), we were able to score a walk-up lunch to Liberty Tree Tavern no problem. However, I think that is the exception to the rule, and not the rule itself. We were also traveling in a relatively low crowd time, and it was a lunch we were looking to get, not an illusive dinner.

If you know you want to eat there, I'd stay on the side of caution and just reserve it. You can always cancel if you get to Disney and change your mind due to a schedule change or whatever. :confused3

That being said, sometimes I think people on DIS overstate the need for ADRs. On our last trip in June 2009, I was able to call dining almost every day and switched my existing ADRs around no problem, depending on our changing schedule for that day. I was able to score a last minute Narcoosees dinner, and a last minute Wave dinner on that trip...both of which turned out to be fabulous meals! We didn't need to book six months in advance either...only six hours! :lmao: I switched times around for a few other dinners as well, and it always seemed like the CM helping me had more than a few options available for every night. I wouldn't call that trip low-crowd levels either. It was in June, just as the kiddos were getting off of school and starting to flood the parks.
