LTT dinner and Spectromagic parade

I have a reservation for Liberty Tree at 5:15pm and Spectro is scheduled for 7:00pm that evening. After dinner will I be able to walk outside and see the parade or at least secure a good spot to view?

Since LTT is right on the parade route, I don't think you should have a problem. As long as you get seated on time, you should definitely be done by 7pm. Since the floats are so big, you shouldn't have too much trouble seeing even if you just stand behind someone (as long as they're not too big) and watch it.
