LTT Child's Menu - changed??

Thanks for the info Jabber Jaws. I think we will retain our lunch ADR there. I guess I would like to see a combination of a couple of these things, along with the "normal" kids' menu items. That way, it would hopefully please everyone. I do think the healthy choices were innovative and interesting. A couple of the choices looked like something I would eat, but I know my kids wouldn't want them.

Disneymom225 - Hooray for you! That's awesome. I know it is probably my fault, but my kids don't seem to like the healthy choices. At least they do pretty well with school lunch which is a relief. Ah well, we'll keep trying at home and let them eat what they want on vacation.

We noticed that a lot of kid's meals came with small tubs of apple sauce - even mac & cheese - we weren't quite sure what to do with it! :confused3

DD does like some fruits but can't stand apples - maybe a choice of fruits (for example, a slice of melon, a banana, some grapes, etc) would have made more sense than giving everyone apple sauce! :teeth:

Glad to hear that LTT still does the family style meal as we may go there before MNSSHP! :goodvibes

DH and I will be here for dinner also. The Patriot Platter is very very good, we enjoyed it last year. Even the kids found something to eat.

My DD 3 would eat pretty much anything you put in front of her as would her almost1 yr old sister.....as they get older and can read it for themselves that may change. I like the looks of this new kids menu although I seem to be in the minority on this one.

The funny thing is--my kid WILL eat all this stuff and won't touch chicken fingers or hot dogs! She'd rather have strawberries than french fries! DH and I arent sure where she came from--we have never said no to anything fried!

My DD would rather eat strawberries then anything else in the world but she still won't touch the new menu at LTT!

Well you eat the applesauce like you would fruit. The applesauce they serve has no added sugar in it so it is just as good as fruit. Peronally I need the sugar!

Trust me-it was nothing we did! In fact, she is too skinny and we keep trying to feed her fattening foods--her doctor said ice cream for dinner if she would eat it!- but she just loves her fruits and veggies. She is getting a little better-she will eat some yogurt with her melons and about 4 french fries but she has no real interest in food! :confused3
