LTT characters on MNSSHP nights...

I asked this a long time ago and now can't find my own thread , but, we have a dinner ressie at LTT at 4:25 PM on a MNSSHP night. Will the characters be in their Halloween costumes at that time or does that only happen after 7:00 when the party is actually going on (not that I would want to waste my time eating during the party). Thanks.

We had a 4:30 last year for MNSSHP and the characters were in costumes. Really just masks and accessories over their colonial costumes. Still very cute though.
