LTT Charactars in Costume Beginning When?

Just wondering what time the Charactars @ LTT switch over to their Halloween garb?

A 5:15 pm was available when i called yesterday, yet the CM said she didn't think they dress up until 'later' in the evening

Grab that reservation! I'm 99% sure they open in costume on MNSHP nights (we had a 5:50 a few weeks ago, and they were in costume then).
