Lowes Upgrades

I booked my room at RPR through a travel agent - when i check in would it still be possible to see if there are upgrades available - also can we use our lowes card to still get the extended check out time

You can always ask for late checkout, but i dont think you can use Youfirst when booked through a third party i.e Travelagent
 
I booked by calling Loew's, being transferred to Universal and then making the reservation.

I am a new Loew's member. It says Blue, but I don't think I get the perks anymore because of the change.

- will I still get the perks (gift in our room)
- can I still even USE the card since they changed everything
- can I get the Loew's perks since I made the reservation through Universal

According to the YouFirst website, the special welcome gifts start at the Gold level.

As blue, you will get a free room upgrade if available, late check-out, free internet and free access to the fitness room.
