Lower crowds Friday or Sunday? Please help!

We will be spending 1 day at both parks either Friday, Oct 30th or Sunday, Nov 1st. This is our first time and our primary focus is Harry Potter World, but may add a few other rides here and there. We won't be staying on property or have the express pass. PLEASE help me decide which day is best to go based on lower crowds and wait times. THANKS!

During the day, I think the crowds will be pretty low both days. I would guess that Friday would be slightly lower crowds because it is a workday for locals, but they should be close enough that you can safely pick the day that is more convenient for you.

I would pick Friday. There are a lot of local folks that hit the parks on Sat. and Sunday. US will close early both of those days for the Halloween Horror Nights. It closes at 5pm. IOA will stay open til 8pm.
