Anybody know of any lower sugar treat/dessert options at Disneyland? Really trying to limit my sugar/carb intake so hoping there is something available.

I think Dole Whips are on the lower side of carbs/sugar. Other than that I can't think of anything specific but I bet you could lower sugar/carbs with portion control. That's what I do when I can't find a lower carb treat. The cake slices and cupcakes are huge, but you could just eat 1/4 of it. Or if you like candy, get 1 or 2 chocolates. It's a tricky place for avoiding sweets! Years ago when I didn't eat wheat or sugar I would bring my own desserts into the park.

There is (or was) a menu available listing that kinda info and where and what..
Ask at the guest services.
My wife is a hamster food eating Vegetarian and is really serious about eliminating what you mention and she rolls with that at the parks.

Clarabelle's (DCA) and Gibson Girl (DL) both have a no sugar added ice cream. Not sure if it changes/rotates, but it's currently butter pecan at Gibson Girl and vanilla at Clarabelle's.
Ooh nice. Will have to give those a try.

Interesting, I'd have thought Dole Whips would be very sugary but if not that is great news. And yeah, I think I'm going to have to "budget" some carbs by avoiding them for meals so I can save them up for at least partial desserts.

I looked it up and it said 26 carbs and 25 sugars, so not the lowest but better than alot of other things. (This is in 2/3 cup. I'm not sure how big a serving is at Disneyland.)

In the case of drinks… straight black iced coffee… no sugary cuts, no creamy edits… just some really bold coffee!!! Plenty of outlets for it across DL.
Or unsweetened iced tea is another great option. I just wish there was readily available decafe unsweetened iced tea

The sliced mangos available at several of the open air markets always satisfied my sweet tooth when I had a sugar craving but wanna avoid high sugar treats...as do the bananas.

Popcorn is also a great treat.

Cold brew back also really curbs my appetite and cravings.

I was originally going to suggest popcorn--especially since it gives one an excuse to look at the details of all the popcorn carts--but then I noticed that the OP is also trying to limit carbs as well as sugar. That's a tough combo to avoid at an amusement park.
