I feel like I am just tapped out when it comes to good, filling low calorie/low point meals. And I hate to cook separate meals for everyone in the family.
DD refuses to eat fish (or anything from the ocean), so I rarely cook that.
Anyhow.........any suggestions, ideas, recipes?.....................P

One thing I'm trying to do is have brocolli with every meal because it's pretty filling and no points.....and DD loves it. I just hope I don't burn her out on it. Also - although they aren't the best - you can find some reasonable boxed sides - like Hungry Jack sour cream & chives potatoes. If you use low fat milk and light margarine they really aren't too bad you just have to measure your portion. I had them last night and although I thought 1/2 cup would just make me want more it was actually just fine. My other standbys are shake & bake chicken and pork chops with a baked potato and veggies. I have a hard time with things like spaghetti trying to calculate my portion and points so I just don't do those too often. I would love to hear others ideas too because I've been trying to come up with some new ideas too.
