Ok..my cholesterol was a little high on my last check-up, so I have really been trying to watch what I eat so I don't have to go on medication. looking at the menus, it looks like it is really going to be hard, especially for cs. Any low cholesterol suggestions?? What do you do for snacks/breakfast. I don't like fruit, so... (I have not made the same mistake with my own children. They normally eat a banana, or orange or apple every day and many time several of those. If they are hungry at night, that is what they eat... As for me... if it isn't in a pie, I don't want it. Too sour and I don't like the texture of most fruits.. I do like veggies, though.

I'm afraid I have never done that. However, I took dance for 8 years and then at Baylor I was the skinniest I've ever been (size 2) just from walking around. I'm still not sedentary. I live on 50 acres and we do a lot of outside work. I wore a pedometer for a while and I normally take 15,000 to 20,000 steps a day around here. But I should probably do something to get my heart rate up.
