I've been following weight watchers core plan and started directing myself toward protein for breakfast. I have found that any of the following is really satisfying and holds me until lunch:
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped with salt&pepper and eaten with a fork (sometimes I discard one of the yolks)
fat free cottage cheese (I like grapes or frozen berries in it)
fat free plain yogurt w/a little artificial sweetener
egg beaters with non-meat sausage
egg beaters w/chopped broccoli & mushrooms & fat free cheese
egg beaters topped with spicy salsa
