If you want bread to use for a sandwich look for Natures Own at your Grocery store. It is VERY good and is only 5 net cargs per slice. It has "Wheat and Fiber" on the label and also has 7 carbs on the label but if you deduct the fiber it is 5 net.
Beefsteak has a light Rye Bread (don't know if it is considered low carb) that has 6 carbs per slice. Arnold has a low carb bread that has 7 carbs per slice. I don't think they cost more than $3. My DH uses it for sandwiches, or toast and cream cheese. I don't miss bread, so I rarely have any.
