I am counting calories to lose weight. I have been eating a lot of fruits and vegetables with some protein but I get very hungry sometimes. Any suggestions for something that is low calorie (up to 100 calories) but somewhat fulfilling.

Try protein to help fill you up.

String Cheese - I think 80 calories
even better when eaten with 2-4 whole wheat crackers (its good to eat your protein with some carbs)

Almonds or other nuts (count out enough to equal 100 calories) I usually do 1/2 oz or 14 grams at a time. Its enough to take the hunger edge off. It contains some carbs/fats and protein making it a decent snack.

Glass of milk - Again carbs and protein

plain nonfat yogurt (probably half a serving to equal 100 calories) add some pineapple in its own juice or other fruit to sweeten.

Refried beans are lowfat, low in calories and very filling.

Any beans are very filling.

I recommend you try reading Volumenetrics. I found it at my library. Its all about increasing the volume of your food through choosing the correct foods that are low in energy density you can eat more food for the same calories and fill fuller.

Veggies and fruits. I also like those sugar free Jello cups. Mmgood!

To keep from going on overload, measure out what would be a perfect snack (like 6 crackers on WW=2 points). That way, you're not tempted to overeat! Best of Luck!
