Apparently I am just NOT WITH THE PROGRAM this week!
I swear, I was doing better before I starting journaling again!
Maybe it's because DH had to leave, maybe it's hormones (TOM has been totally sporadic the last few months), who knows. I am making bad choices and I have to live with the consequences. I need to not beat myself up about it and get back on track.
No workout yesterday or this morning. Haven't worked out since Monday! And I know I won't this evening, because DS13 has shooting class and DD10 has soccer practice, plus I have DD's parent/teacher conference. And I'll probably be too tired to work out tomorrow morning, so this week was a bust. I WILL get into a routine next week!
For Wednesday:
B: chocolate oatmeal
L: leftover chicken stir-fry w/brown rice
S: plum; string cheese
S: large handful trail mix (it's finally gone!
); 1+ serving Wheat Thins (I know there was something else bad, just can't remember
)
D: lemon pepper chicken breast; zucchini; HC fudge bar
E: none!

I am pretty sure it is water weight, I was 141 Wed morning and suddenly 143 Thu morning and it just stuck. I need to take it for what it is, and not use it as an excuse to eat whatever I want this weekend! I know I haven't behaved that well with food and haven't worked out all week, but it wasn't 2 lbs worth of bad behavior! 


And I only know this because he added me as a friend. WTH??? He does not get on the internet at my house, this is obviously happening at his dad's (he is there this weekend). ANd I know he is a teenager and he was going to go that route eventually, but the thing that makes me so mad is that my ex actually had the nerve to say that I let DS get on all these websites he shouldn't be going on, yet HE is the one who allowed him to get an e-mail and Facebook account!
The only good thing is that now I can keep an online eye on DS. BUt that means I have to really watch what I put on my page! 

And I even did my Pilates this morning, for the first time in months...

I restrained myself at Costco. They had like a 7lb box of pumpkin spice bread mix. I had it in my hands for an awfully long time, then put it back! I knew there was no good that could come out of that!
As for Facebook, I have DS's password, and he doesn't, so he can only get on there if I log him on. That's worked out well so far.
