Love the parks!

we just got back from our trip- just wanted to say- We loved the universal parks! We also love Disney,but we got good deals on Ap's at universal, and spent days there, it was fun! The first saturday we went, not so good, too many crowds, but on the weekdays? so fun! They have great theming, and so many little details to enjoy, as the OTHER parks down the road have.... My kids favorite thing was the line into the dueling dragons, Dh goes on the ride, but we're chickens, we had a great time going through the castle tunnels(line) there were no other people, and I thought it was better than the entire haunted mansion experience! The only thing I wish they'd do...is paint the inside of the parking garage,something bright and festive,it's so gray and ugly in there! Like Citywalk colors, to set the mood for fun....

glad you had a great time. the weekends are busy because of families like mine that run over to have fun. I love ducking out of work and doing a weekday in the off-seasons. I think I've read where the queue to DD is the longest in the world and could handle a 4 hour standby wait. so much for only WDW having theming in their parks. as far as the parking garage, UO would need a full-time crew just to keep on painting those decks. use those AP's again before they expire.

I agree that the parking garages could have used more decoration. I've even worked in a few, but I've never been to a "nice" parking garage in my life.

It would be cool to have decorations more like each symbol (spiderman, jaws, etc)
