but I remember when my dalmatian died when I was 15. He was so stupid and loveable, I think I cried for a week.

My Dalmatian lived to be 14 and he was a big lug too It took a long time to start to heal, but now when I think about him I smile and remember him in his prime, running in the yard happy and carefree ... or eating my windowsills and/or parts of the carpet!
