thanks so much everyone for all your thoughts, prayers, hugs and pixie dust. i so needed all of it. the dr called and said that his platelets are going up -which is good-but still not sure what caused it or what it is. she said he will probably run a fever for a little while longer. -which he has been - she also said we should be low key for a few days. just until he starts to feel better. we had lunch plans with my bil and sil for his graduation lunch but i'm thinking we will skip that. i just don't want to push him and have him feel worse later on today. he seems ok this am. he did climb up with me yesterday afternoon and took a nap. i was happy about that! my poor little man. i just love him and hate to see him so icky.
just thought i'd say thanks and give an update. you guys really are the best friends a girl could have!

well we seem to be better today. no fever. up & running 1st thing! the rash seems to be going away. so that's good. hopefully it was just some kind of virus and his body seems to be fighting it off now. thank goodness. and thank you to all my friends out there that wished us well! you guys are the best!
