Inthe AAA south website it says the will be running a "second year free" promotion fron 6/4-8/30/2002. You must have a non-winning "universal rules" ticket(I guess this will be a new lotto game) or a regular lotto ticket will do also. Passes can be bought at the gate or AAA offices.
There are a couple of things mentioned that lead me to believe that anyone can get these tickets if they really want to. The passes have all the benefits of an annual pass but it is for 2 years!!! Great deal!!!
