Lotso Birthday Cake

I hope you all had a good weekend

I just wanted to share the Lotso bear cake I made today for my sister's 24th birthday

He was made from a vanilla Victoria sponge cake, with strawberry flavoured butter cream, white and coloured roll out icing for his features and a Cadbury's chocolate flake bar for his walking stick.

Unfortunately I only do cakes for a hobby as I have CFS and Fibro and doing cooking drains me too much. I only do two cakes a year - my sister's birthday cake and my Mum's Christmas cake. I'll post the Christmas cake picture the week before Xmas, if anyone's interested

I don't think I could eat him he looks that cool, but, did he taste as good as he looks? I'm sure he did!
